Irish cafes as virtual offices - can we list them?

Om Malik quotes a defintion of "Going Bedouin" -

By focusing almost exclusively on service-based infrastructure options, a business could operate as a sort of neo-Bedouin clan - with workers as a roaming nomadic tribe carrying laptops & cell phones and able to set up shop wherever there is an Internet connection, chairs, tables, and sources of caffeine.

But Adrian Weckler points out that Starbucks in Ireland sucks for wifi. As someone who cherishes his new found independent digital lifestyle I'd love to see a true coffee house as virtual office culture taking root here.

So I wonder, would it be possible to earmark a number of cafes around the country that are virtual office friendly? Requirements for such a location would probably include -

• Good coffee (and food)
• Free (or cheap) wifi
• Comfortable and roomy
• Amenable to 'loitering'
• Car parking available nearby

What other things are important? I for one would be prepared to pay a premium rate for my coffee and food in such a premises.

Can we make a list of cafes (or other) around Ireland that meet these conditions? One of the best virtual offices I've used was the Limerick Clarion hotel lobby with free wifi. Mind you, I don't suppose they'd like to see me sucking up the bandwidth too often even if I am paying for copious cups of expensive cappuccino. But perhaps we can adopt our own honor system for coffeeshop campers.

I'd even bet there's a business oppotunity here for someone.
