Robin Blandford asks a very sensible question (pun intended) -
"I also market my sites through Google Adwords to initially build an audience. Clearly I can’t run at a loss, and so I pay for this advertising by setting my daily Adwords spend budget to equal my average daily Adsense earnings... why aren’t the two services merged so I can spend my money back with you by setting my daily spend equal to a percentage of my money earned so far that day?
