Geek dinner tomorrow night Dublin
Great to see Paul Walsh of Segala posting a casual geek dinner open invitation for tomorrow night in Dublin. This is the kind of thing the Silicon Valley crowd do all the time, a simple and effective way of networking -
"If you’re interested in chatting about the usual Web and mobile related stuff over a curry and bottle of wine or two, then join me and a few like-minded folk tomorrow night in Dublin village. All are welcome but places are obviously limited."
Just a pity I'm 3 hours from Dublin. But I think it's time to have another meeting in Limerick. Conn, Mary, Bernie, Jan what do you think?

What a pity! I'm in Dublin tomorrow, but I'll be otherwise engaged. (An tImeall is shortlisted for a Digital Media Award.)
Certainly I think another Limerick meetup is a great idea. I'd love to meet Mary and Jan, and there are more names we could invite: Brendan Bolger, Fústar, the Limerick Blogger, and Alive in Limerick to mention just a few.
BUT - if you do get it together, it will probably be without me. I've got a special dispensation and a "rapid reaction force" of babysitters arranged for tomorrow night. However it will be at least another few months before we get over the "new baby" curfew in this house!
All the best!

I'm there, well it depends where there is ;)
I am free anyhow. It would be cool to meet the others from around limerick.

Great idea, I'm in the same situation than Con with New Baby Curfew! but would love to come along if a date is set.
