No more poodle?
Richard Hearne points out that 'Google Bombing' is to be banned so the end is probably nigh for the Telecoms Poodle. Damn Google, you party poopers!

From what I can see the filter is triggered by non relevant anchor text. The 'telecoms' in 'teltecoms poodle' seems to be saving this fine Irish search result.
Needs a bit more push to top Pat Raftery... *goes to create a few links*

Good question. Doing a Google Blogsearch and sorting by date indicates it was Tom Raftery. Anybody want to claim an earlier reference?
