Wordpress and the global virtual team

One of the talks I was really sorry to miss at BarCamp Waterford was Donncha O Caoimh's on Wordpress development and working from home as part of a global virtual team. I'm not a Wordpress user (yet) but I am part of a two global virtual teams so this subject interests me greatly. Luckily Conor O'Neill filmed the talk and Bernie Goldbach recorded it. As I thought I would I found myself nodding my head in agreement throughout.
