Thank goodness there's at least one forward looking company when it comes to the supply of broadband infrastructure in Ireland. Irish Broadband is "planning to commence trials of the forthcoming revolutionary wide area wireless broadband technology WiMax as part of a collaboration with Intel and Alvarion" according to SiliconRepublic.com. Now we can only hope that their coverage maps expand out of Dublin soon.
just can't wait. will it be avilable in a village in the middle of all the drumlins in county monaghan?
