Russ Beattie has found an incredible new way for Leaving Cert students to cheat in the Maths exam, if they can smuggle in a mobile phone.
Please note, for those without a sense of humour I don't condone getting caught while cheating ;-)

Hmmm an interesting application, though i don't think it would be of much benefit to a student in an exam (why else would you want it on your mobile phone though??).
We are currently looking into adapting PointsBuilder (www.pointsbuilder.ie) so that it can be used on a mobile phone and allow students to revise for their Leaving Cert Maths exam while on the move. If we did then we would obviously advise against bringing mobile phones into exams!

Yeah, not a bad idea but hundreds hav tried and got caught,u'd want something more imaginative such as bringing in a sheet of paper with past paper solution to each question and sneak it in the booklet, cuz ure given a booklet isn't that right?anyways good luck with the fone, but u'd draw atention to urself while looking at it and pressing buttons on it.
