Taking it on the chin

It must feel like a hammer blow to John Simmons when Peter Jones judges his business idea to be 'out of bounds'. As a 'techie' myself I often get carried away with new gadget ideas and imagine how wonderful everyone would find them. But of course, in the real world things aren't that simple and the friction of the status-quo is usually too much to ever achieve an escape velocity.

But of course shouldn't John stop there - he should keep thinking, keep tinkering and keep dreaming. Many ideas find a bunker but sometimes you hit a hole in one.
