Weird and wacky business models

I love hearing about weird and wacky business models especially when they're just an 'evil' twist on two or more existing ones. It really gets the neurons firing.

SeaCode [is] a company that plans to hire 600 superb software designers from every corner of the world and house them in a luxury cruise ship just out of reach of US immigration law -- but close enough to bid on multimillion-dollar US software contracts.

Like so many innovative ideas you've got to wonder why noone else thought of it previously. Even if it is controversial or has a distinct dotcom ring to it.
