did you see the graph in the Flash demo, under See Brugo. It is possibly the least unscientific graph I have ever seen. It doesn't even make the point right! The coffee isn't in the 'PTZ' aka right temperature for that length of time. rubbish!

Yes I watched the whole thing and agree that the graphing part is technically rubbish but that's really besides the point IMHO - only us nerds are going get bogged down in that kind of detail ;-) :p
