Strange New Products is a wonderful blog which keeps an eye on.... well... exactly 'as it says on the tin'. In fact it provides such good brain fodder that it can be quite depressing to see so many forehead-smackingly "why didn't I think of that" ideas scroll on by.
Like Belcher Soda for instance. Now I don't know how many times I've seen my young nephews and nieces having "burp-talking" contests but do you think I was inspired by a eureka shaped lightning bolt of inspiration to create a line of soft drinks to fuel (and commericalise) this rite of passage? Sadly not - I just did the usual, responsible-adult disapproval thing, unlike the brilliant entrepreneurs behind Belcher Soda who've even published the Belch Line website 
where you can hear recordings of the results of consuming their product. Its enough to give me indigestion...... burp!
