I'm just after realizing that the Library Clips blogger was thinking about Feedmarking and Nodemarking well before I was -
"... if a del.icio.us user tag had an OPML URL, you could call this tag “Reading List”, and bookmark feeds within this tag. This tag would be a Reading List and people could subscribe to its URL in an RSS Reader, any changes you make would automatically be reflected in who ever subscribes to it."He also draws our attention to Feedmarker which "is an RSS Reader that has an OPML for every feed tag". Cool - nodemarking is already a reality.
If you don't use BlogBridge or an OPML Editor, you can use H2O Playlist to make a Reading List

I'm glad to hear others are voting for del.icio.us to incorporate OPML URL's.
I'd like one for the whole account, every tag, also every tag bundle (pity this hasn't even got a URL, unlike Raw Sugar).
