On the Web 2.0 Ireland Forum Paul O'Mahony has a suggestion for a project -
"Set up a portal that links to every web 2.0 project in Ireland, from the mainstream Irishblogs.ie to up and coming sites like Mapeire. It would be great to have them all together on one site and get a bit of cross pollenation going."Great idea Paul and good to see you've already got an intersting list put together on your Web 2.0 Portal Protopage. Seeing as the Open Irish Directory and Protopage are based mainly around feeds our Reading Lists will be fully interchangeable. :-)
Hello,
Interesting post about Web 2.0 and Ajax Start Pages. I was wondering if you had the chance to check out http://www.pageflakes.com yet? It's a similar service but offers much more (e.g. multiple pages). Of course, it's free to use too. I would like to hear your feedback.
Cheers
Ole

Thanks Ole, your service looks great but I need the public page feature of Protopage for another service I have in mind. Glad to hear you'll be implementing that soon.
GoBigBlog Network? I don't know that I ever joined it in the first place Keith... lol. Yes, I've seen referrals from it in the past but I was never quite sure how I got on it. Perhaps it was because I never put their widget on this blog but I hate cluttering the place with widgets to be honest.

Wadda you mean "cluttering with Widgets"? My Pure Play looks so much better for my highly personalised Widget collection wot has taken me feckin ages to get right.
And it keeps me at de cutting edge of blogging :-)
