No, not really (and not that you'd care ;-) but I just wanted to see what it felt like to write it because it seems to be turning into a bit of fashion lately with a number of high profile bloggers either on hiatus or (talking about) giving it up altogether.
WTF? Perhaps if these people didn't pour so much of their personal lives into their blogs they wouldn't find it so emotionally draining. Take a chill pill guys, stick to the knitting and continue on contributing your thoughts on your areas of professional interest.
What we call blogging now is evolving into something that will be as natural and necessary as the everyday conversations we conduct with the people around us. Of course we can try to be invisible in the real world too but I can't remember the last time a hermit did any good for humanity.
Scoble needs a break from both sides of the information flow because he consumes way too much for the human brain to hold. Winer would never zip up. Beattie has info streaming from way-cool Yahoo! discussions so you won't find him totally missing from the commentary scene anytime soon.

Bernie, actually, yesterday I deleted all my feeds and am adding them back one by one.

Maybe an interesting business model - pay for people you want to stop blogging :-)
