When it's good to butcher a website

Keith Bohanna has relisted some of the strong online businesses based around the south Tipperary region and I've bookmarked them to the Open Irish Directory. The star of the show is surely James Whelan Butchers - "Ireland's first online butcher". As Keith himself says, should not be possible but it is very successful. They even have a virtual tour of the shop (which is of course very reassuring in terms of observing cleanliness).
