It's a bit disappointing that none of the Irish startups (except Joe from PutPlace.com) have yet reported from Le Web 3 (the nerves must be getting to them ;-) but perhaps it's something to do with the dodgy WiFi.
Tom Morris isn't happy with it either and in fact seems rather unimpressed with the setup as a whole -
"Is this an unconference? No. BloggerCon is an unconference. BarCamps are little unconferences blossoming all over the world. If 900 people sitting in a room listening to one person and not being able to ask questions is an unconference, then I'm a pink zebra - because words will have no meaning."
That sounds very disappointing. Anyway, speaking of Tom Morris, don't miss out on his new podcast if you're interested in understanding how a bridge might be built between the SynWeb world of RSS and OPML, and the Semantic Web of RDF, SPARQL and OWL. It really is a terrific monologue and I wouldn't mind if Tom kept it that way.
Further on the topic of OPML Jim Moore has been making some big announcements and renamed his blog accordingly. And finally GrazrScript now includes form validation (I must include that on my Universal Irish Jobs search).

I finally blogged it, as did Walter. Neither happy.
