Paul Walsh attended the launch of the Irish International Business Network in London last week, joined the committee and agreed to get the community website/blog up and running. As he admitted on Paul Browne's blog he's a networking slut - "but it’s because I love meeting AND connecting people with other people I know. I get a real kick out of it. Because of this approach, I tend to build a great network of business partners, collaborators and sometimes even clients. Some turn into good friends."
This kind of can-do attitude might come across as a little brash but while I might not agree with Segala's ideas regarding codes of conduct I've just got to admire the networking nous on display. It makes Paul an ideal candidate for the committee of an international business network. Looking forward to subscribing to the blog.

James - I don't think I should have opened the debate on the Segala blog. It belongs to http://contentlabel.org - as I said, I'm in favour for any set of best practice guidelines if there are people/companies who wish to abide by them.

Paul, debate is good - it's what the blogosphere is made of :)
