Limerick startup wins big contract with city of Chicago

Congratulations to Limerick based ParkMagic which has fought off competition from 13 other companies to win a deal to implement a mobile parking payment system for the city of Chicago. As SiliconRepublic reports -

“ParkMagic is a shining example of the success which can be achieved by Irish companies on the global stage,” said the Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment Micheal Martin TD.

Considering the company was only founded in 2005 it's quite an achievement.
