Marjolein Hoekstra has done it again, she's whipped up another in her series of super-widgets, this time tying together the services of ZapTXT, Particls, BlogRovR and Grazr. Project partner Karin Hoegh introduces us to the Podhandle News Radar -
"Podcasting professionals are not only good podcasters themselves, they are expected to be experts in their field. They need to keep up to date and up to speed. Everybody who decides to work full time in this field needs a very good radar. My only question is, why aren't the Irish consultants on the list? People like Brian Greene and Conn Ó Muíneacháin. I guess it's early days yet and they'll get around to adding them later. Here's a reduced size version of Podhandle News Radar -
A News Radar.
An application that can automatically notify, when something new, interesting and relevant occurs. And which has been written about in blogs. By podcasting professionals themselves. The experts. The key to this news stream about podcast and podcasting, new hardware, new software, new trends, new issues, debates and hacks, is RSS."
*cough*
I've been known to do a bit of podcasting consultancy (and podcasting) as well James!

Ah, I'm of course aware of your podcasting Tom but wasn't sure if you engage in the consultancy side of things. Sorry for the omission.

Then why did you put yourself through another one!! ;-) Yup, I hate them too but unfortunately had to start using one here to keep the spammers at bay. It was a last resort, honest.

Hi Tom and other POdcasting Consultants. I have added the new irish names to the candidate list for the Grazr News Radar. Tom, however, there is an issue with your blog feed - maybe you should have a look at the validation.
Do contact me at [email protected] if you come across more candidates for the list. As Eirepreneur comments - we have only just begun :-)
