"Valley Guy" - a scout for Paddy's Valley

I find it fascinating that Bostonian Adam Green is apparently feeling as much a stranger in Palo Alto, California as those of us traveling on the Paddy's Valley trip probably will in December -

"As a Bostonian, I can’t help noticing the difference in driving style. Whenever I drive in California I feel like a non-stop moving violation. The hardest thing to handle are all the 4 way stops. We have a small number of them in Boston, but we are incapable of dealing with them."

CEO of an east coast startup[1] Adam has decided to spend two weeks of every month in Silicon Valley and is recounting his experiences in a series of posts tagged 'Valley Guy'. From contrasting Stanford with Harvard to finding out where the VCs eat to 'checking out' the women on University Avenue this is invaluable field research for the group of 30+ Irish entrepreneurs heading to the same hunting ground in a few months time.
